Returns Policy

Returns are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Please note:

• Bespoke, personalised and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.
• Clearance and sale items marked as final sale are non-returnable unless faulty, where permitted by law.
• If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Where cancellation results in costs already being incurred (such as picking, packing or processing), any deductions will only be made where permitted by applicable consumer law.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Any items worn or washed will not be refunded or exchanged.

If the parcel is returned outside of the returns cut-off period we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund. In this case, if you would like your item back you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parcel.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN 

Re-pack items with original labels and tags

Refunds or exchange will not be given if unfit for re-sale due to:

• makeup marks
• perfume/smoke smell
• tan marks
• alterations
• strong odours

Unfortunately we do not do exchanges from the website we will refund or give you a credit note

Please note customers are liable to pay any return postage costs

Earrings are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

SALE items are non-returnable;

RECEIVING INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

Goods must be inspected for faults or damages as soon as is practicable and within the 14 Day Returns Period

Please accept our apologies, To request a return, please email RETURNS@STUDIOBCLOTHING.SHOP with your order number and reason for return. 

We will try to rectify as soon as possible 

Any faulty returned items will be replaced when in stock.

If it is deemed that the fault was at our end, the maximum cost of return postage that we will refund is £4.99

As these products are heavily discounted or made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item is faulty or has been sent in error.
